FJELL^ Snowboards products, boards, apparel and accessories, are all made with a high level of quality. FJELL^ Snowboards guarantees that every product sold by authorized FJELL^ Snowboards dealers are sold without any defects by material or craftmanship within warranty time from date of purchase. Each product is quality controlled by the factories and manufacturers. If any defects of material or craftmanship, please relate to warranty given for each product range. Warranties are valid for the original buyer only.
FJELL^ Snowboards:
Boards has 3 (three) years of warranty from date of purchase with any current defects on material or craftmanship.
If a snowboard or a splitboard has defects by material or craftmanship within a limited period of 3 (three) years from date of purchase from authorized dealers, FJELL^ Snowboards will repair or replace the defect product.
FJELL^ Snowboards will not be liable for any costs beyond, loss or damage arising from the defective product.
All claims must include a proof of purchase date. If this is not provided, manufacturing date will be used as the warranty start date. The defect product must be returned to the authorized dealer where the product was purchased.
* Board damages that are considered self-inflicted are not covered by warranty.
Self-inflicted damages are ex:
- Impact damage caused from rocks, rails, transport damages or riders carelessness or abuse.
- Damage related to modifications or wrong mounting of clips (split board) or bindings (solid and splitboard) done after purchased and by none authorized FJELL^ Snowboards dealer.
- Scratches, top sheet color fading, stress cracks in lacquer and non-structural cracks on used snowboards.
- Smaller cosmetic deviations on topcoat, sidewall and base that does not go beyond functionality.
- Indentations in the topsheet.
- Improper rider match to board model and length. (Description of match rider / board on every product)
- Damaged inserts caused by using electric screwdriwer, or wrong mounting screws for bindings.
- Damaged base caused by wrong use of wax iron or wax temperature.
Board damages covered by warranty:
- Defect by material or craftmanship. - Delamination, topcoat, sidewall, edge or base.

FJELL^ apparel and accessories:
For apparel and accessories, 60 (sixty) days warranty from purchased product (apparel and accessories) from the date of purchase with any current defect on material or craftmanship.
If any product has defects by material or craftmanship within the limited period of 60 (sixty) days from date of purchase from authorized dealers, FJELL^ Snowboards will repair or replace the defect product.
All claims must include a proof of purchase date. If not provided, manufacturing date will be used as the warranty start date. The defect product must be returned to the authorized dealer where the product was purchased.
* Damages on apparel and accessories that are considered as self-inflicted are not covered by warranty.
Self-inflicted damages are ex:
- Damages caused by not following care / washing instructions. (Care instructions follows every product or at www.fjellsnowboards.com).
- Damages caused by modifications after purchased products done by none FJELL^ Snowboards authorized dealers.
- Damages caused by carelessness or abuse.

Returning of defect products for warranty:
Defect FJELL^ Snowboards products (boards, apparel and accessories) purchased at a FJELL^ Snowboard authorized dealer must be returned to the dealer where the defect product was purchased. The dealer will submit your warranty claim and arrange replacement or refund if claim is accepted. If purchased by FJELL^ Snowboards authorized online only dealer, please contact the dealer´s customer service for warranty request and follow instruction given.
